Jon Payne, senior operations manager for Cabela's new store in Rogers, told employees to give themselves a hand for getting everything ready for the scheduled opening. Besides the 400 mounted animals in the store, there is an archery range, a fine-art gallery and an artificial-tree-covered mountain.
